IXYS
De productie van krachtsemiconductoren van IXYS Corporation bestaat uit Power MOS (metal-oxide-silicium) transistors en krachtsbipolair.Deze serie producten zet hoogspanning of stroom om in regulier vermogenDe productie van geïntegreerde schakelingen van het bedrijf wordt gebruikt voor analoge, gemengd-signaal- en digitale interfaceloplossingen in de communicatie, zoals solid-state relais (SSR's), line card access switch (LCAS),LitelinkTM. De RF Power Semiconductors zetten hoge snelheden elektriciteit om voor versterking of ontvangst. Daarnaast levert IXYS laserdiode-drivers, directe koperbinding (DCB).
